I have been focusing on the muscle performance menu using hyperbaric oxygen therapy, low level light therapy, far-infared sauna, and targeted nutrition. It has been my goal to be in the best fitness possible as an older person. Using these therapys for muscle strength is so exciting and rewarding. I am amazed by the power and energy I have when working out, I can do burpees like a teenager!!!
No wonder so many NFL athletes use oxygen for repair and power.
